Shipping and Returns

Our goal is to get your product to you as soon as possible! Please allow up to 5 business days for most orders to process. Smaller orders usually process in 1-3 business days.

Cupcakes and large orders take up to 7 days. If you select 2-day shipping, please be aware of our processing time in addition to shipping time. Processing time + shipping time = when you receive your product!

Due to being a small business, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges. 

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately at thegardenhopshop@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

We will happily evaluate any issues and do what we can to make things right!

You may cancel your order as long as the product has not been shipped. Please contact us within 24 hours of your order to request a cancellation.
